What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
EFT is a simple, effective method for treating emotional and physical issues. It is similar to acupuncture, but uses no needles. Instead, you will tap with fingertips on primary energy meridian points to balance your body's energy.
EFT was developed on the belief that:
The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. Properly applied, EFT quickly aligns the energy meridians with respect to negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort we attach to it, and quite often removes the resulting symptoms.
EFT unblocks energy and the negative emotions are eliminated - as are your limiting beliefs, thus creating space for peace and joy in your life.
